Office Site Plan Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a full civil site plan for a new commercial food truck building. The drawing must be clean, permit-ready, and formatted for both CAD and PDF submission.
Key elements to show:
• Parking lot design—stall count, ADA bays, drive aisles, turning radii, and clear ingress/egress points that satisfy local code.
• Landscaping plan—planting schedule, species, spacing, and any required screening or green buffers around the parking perimeter and building frontage.
I will provide the survey, zoning notes, and any architectural footprints immediately after kickoff. Please keep layers organized, use a standard 1” = 20’ scale, and deliver both the editable DWG and a plotted 24”×36” PDF.
