Moving a stairwell - need Residential Structural Analysis and with stamped and sealed calculations

I’m moving forward with a residential remodel and need a licensed structural engineer to provided calculations on a stairwell relocation. Stairwell is currently on one side of the beam and moving to the other side of the main load bearing beam. Your role will start with reviewing the current DWG drawings, confirming loads, and producing all necessary structural on a stairwell relocation. I can make all necessary changes to the DWG drawings. The note from St louis County Building Department states:

Must be licensed as a structural engineer and able to seal in Missouri and specifically in St Louis County MO. Attached is the set of prints and A5 is the page flagged by the county during the review

• Construction-ready structural drawings (DWG + PDF)
• Brief design summary outlining key assumptions, loads, and materials
