Motor Accident Summary-Judgment Opposition

A defendant has moved for summary judgment on liability in my motor-vehicle accident case, and I must file a compelling opposition that shows genuine disputes of material fact. I need help with both the legal research and the actual drafting of the opposition papers.

The brief has to weave in deposition testimony I will supply and, where helpful, any corroborating material such as eyewitness accounts, reconstruction analyses, or medical opinions.
