Responsibilities – Architect (Client Consultation & Design Closure)
Conduct initial client consultations through Zoom meetings and in-person discussions to understand requirements, lifestyle needs, budget, and design preferences.
Present concept designs, mood boards, layouts, and material options clearly and confidently to clients.
Facilitate regular review meetings (online/offline) to gather feedback and refine the design at each stage.
Ensure accurate documentation of client inputs, changes, and approvals throughout the design journey.
Coordinate internally with the Design Lead, Interior Designers, MEP/Structural teams, and Design Coordinator to integrate all client requirements.
Provide professional guidance on space planning, aesthetics, materials, feasibility, and cost implications.
Maintain a high level of client communication etiquette, ensuring timely responses and proactive updates.
Address client doubts, objections, and suggestions with clarity, patience, and design knowledge.
Ensure all presentations, drawings, and revisions are completed and delivered on time as per the design workflow.
Guide the client through the concept, schematic, design development, and GFC stages until full design closure.
Ensure that the final design matches client expectations, project constraints, and company standards before handing over for execution.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Degree in architecture
- Strong portfolio of modern residential projects
- Excellent communication and project management skills
