Machine Drawing Redraw with Dimensions

I have a single machine drawing that exists only as a picture and I need it redrawn cleanly in CAD, then supplied to me as a print-ready PDF. Every visible feature in the photo must appear in the new drawing and be called out with clear, accurate dimensions. Internal components or hidden lines are not required—just what can be seen in the image.

You may work in AutoCAD, DraftSight, SolidWorks, or any package you prefer, provided the final file I receive is a dimensioned PDF that holds scale when printed. Please match line weights and standard mechanical-drawing conventions so the sheet is ready for manufacturing reference without further edits.
