Lobby Tile Shop Drawings

We need an experienced AutoCAD drafter to produce tile setout / pattern shop drawings for the lobbies of a multi-building residential project (3 buildings + parking levels). This is a finishes shop-drawing task you'll work from supplied interior design drawings and CAD backgrounds to lay out floor and wall tile cleanly.

Scope of Work:

Tile setout shop drawings for all lobbies: ground-floor lobbies (incl. vestibules and elevator lobbies) and P-level residential lobbies — Buildings A, B, C.
One sheet per lobby showing: room outline, centrelines, tile field at correct module, dimensioned cut tiles, feature tile, thresholds, tile legend and title block.
Sequence: one building first as a template (for review), then roll out the rest.

Required Skills:

Strong AutoCAD proficiency (Revit/Bluebeam a plus)
Proven experience with interior/architectural tile shop drawings — please share samples
Understanding of centreline setout, cut-tile balancing, large-format & slab tile, and threshold/transition details
Clean, organized drafting (named layers, consistent text/dim styles)

Deliverables:

Layered DWG + flattened PDF for each lobby sheet
