Granny Flat Design and Plan
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I'm in need of an experienced and creative architect to design a granny flat for me.
Requirements:
- The granny flat will consist of 2 rooms.
- It will be designed in four sections that will be bolted and finished together on site. It is modular and so will be made with a steel frame structure clad with colorbond on the outside, R4 bats for insulation with silver vapor barrier on all walls and roof and underside of floor. Wall will be made from 75x35mm stud frame throughout with 10mm gyprock lining.
Roof will be colorbond also.
