Google Earth Office Floor Plan

I need a clean, to-scale floor plan for a medium-sized office unit (between 2,000 – 10,000 sq ft). All I want to see are the essentials: external walls, the positions of windows and doors, the footprint of the surrounding car park, and the immediate site context you can capture from Google Earth imagery. No interior partition detailing, furniture layouts, or elaborate annotations are required.

Please extract the site outline from Google Earth Pro (or similar), trace it accurately in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or another drafting tool you are comfortable with, and supply the finished plan in both an editable format (DWG or SKP) and a ready-to-share PDF. Scale and north arrow should be included so that the drawing can be checked quickly.

Because the client intends to submit this for an urgent planning discussion, I’d like the first draft turned around as soon as you can; same-day or next-day delivery is ideal, with minor tweaks handled immediately afterward.

Acceptance criteria:
• Footprint, windows, doors, car-parking bays, and driveway entrances plotted in correct relative positions.
• Clear line weights/colour layers separating building, parking, and landscaping outlines.
• Final files: 1× DWG (or SKP), 1× PDF, both to matching scale.
