Garden CAD Design and Rendering
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need assistance in transforming my hand-drawn sketches / plans for a multi purpose rear garden behind a townhouse . Total area is 29 x 29 feet but the garage occupies 15 x 20 feet of the space . Square footage of deck area is about 275 sq feet . Deck has two levels and several steps to the ground. Perimeter will be a fence and gates to also be included in the CAD as an elevation . Plans provided will be complete and accurate so task is primarily putting them into CAD. Of course, any suggestions or problems seen with the plans provided would be welcomed. These plans are for the very start of a project - almost concept level for client to see. Not detailed or plans for construction .
Would like for the person to be open to future /ongoing work as the plans get updated and detailed. A construction set is also expected to be necessary

- Convert hand sketches and plans into CAD format.
- Understanding of construction principles for building a deck on a sloped lot
