Fixed Furniture Shop Drawings Needed
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need a full package of shop drawings that covers every fixed furniture element in the project—counters, built-ins, wall-mounted cabinets, seating banquettes, the lot. All pieces will be fabricated in wood, and the finish I have specified is lacquered MDF or MDFLam, so please detail panel thicknesses, edge treatments, and any visible seams with those materials in mind.
The drawings must be manufacturing-ready: scaled plans, elevations, sections, and enlarged joinery details complete with dimensions, material tags, hardware call-outs, and clear assembly notes. If you prefer to supplement 2D with a simple 3D exploded view for tricky junctions, even better; just be sure the 2D sheets still stand on their own for the workshop.
I typically review in PDF first, then release DWG files for CNC once everything is signed off, so deliverables should include both formats. Accuracy and neat layering conventions are essential because we feed these files directly into production. If you work in AutoCAD or a compatible CAD platform and can meet those standards, let’s get started.
