Factory Shed Fire Safety Plan
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a complete fire-safety package for the production area of our new factory shed (based in Kundaim, Goa).
The work must respect both our local fire-department regulations and the applicable national fire-safety codes, so please be comfortable interpreting and cross-referencing those requirements.
Scope
The focus is solely on the production zone for now; storage and office sections will be handled later. The pdf layout is attached. I will provide the base floor-plan in DWG and site images when we start.
What I expect from you
• A clear layout drawing showing exact fire-extinguisher placement, emergency-exit routes, and a sprinkler-pipe network that ties into the main line.
• A concise bill of materials itemising extinguisher types and ratings, sprinkler heads, piping, valves and signage—include quantities, specifications and relevant code references. Fabrication and fitment level drawings required.
• A short narrative report that explains design rationale and confirms compliance with the cited regulations.
• Source files (AutoCAD preferred) plus a print-ready PDF set.
Acceptance
I will review the drawing against the codes mentioned above; any revision requests will be based strictly on code alignment or dimensional accuracy. Final approval comes from the local fire officer, so factor that level of detail into your work.
