FTTP HLD for Windstream

Job ID: 39934184

Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR

I’m looking for support on a focused portion of our ongoing FTTP build for the Windstream (AT&T) program: the creation of clear, accurate High-Level Design (HLD) documents.

Scope
• Translate my KMZ, CSV and field notes into a concise HLD that shows feeder routes, split locations, terminal counts and preliminary splice points.
• Reflect both aerial and buried segments so the plan ties cleanly into our legacy copper and existing fiber.
• Deliver the HLD in AutoCAD format—layered, properly scaled and ready for downstream permit work.

What I’ll provide
• Base KMZ and address lists.
• Existing copper/fiber records and drafting standards.
• Sample HLDs that have already been approved.

What I need from you
• Demonstrated experience designing FTTP or FTTx networks in AutoCAD.
• Ability to keep strand counts, duct assignments and terminal placements accurate on the first pass.
• A short note outlining similar work you’ve completed—no lengthy proposal required.

The deliverable for this engagement is a single, self-contained HLD file (DWG) with an accompanying PDF plot that I can circulate for internal review. Accuracy and adherence to the client’s drafting standards are critical; keep the design practical so permit drafting can proceed without major rework.

If you’re comfortable turning raw field data into a clean FTTP blueprint, I’d love to get this moving right away.
