Dual-Discipline AutoCAD Drafting

I have a construction package that needs to be translated into polished AutoCAD files covering both mechanical and civil scope. You will receive preliminary sketches, mark-ups, and engineering notes; your task is to turn them into coordinated, layer-managed DWGs that a site team can build from.

The mechanical portion involves HVAC ducting, piping layouts, equipment blocks, and schedules. On the civil side you’ll draft grading plans, drainage details, foundation layouts, and any required sectional views. Seamless integration between the two disciplines is important so clashes are eliminated before the drawings reach the field.

Please attach examples of previous work that demonstrate your drafting accuracy and familiarity with construction-grade documentation. If your portfolio shows similar multidisciplinary projects, all the better.

Deliverables
• Mechanical drawing set (layout plans, sections, schedules)
• Civil drawing set (plans, profiles, details)
• One combined DWG or Xref structure ensuring alignment of mechanical and civil elements
• PDF plots ready for approval

All files must open cleanly in AutoCAD 2020+ with layers, dimensions, and annotation styles intact. I’m ready to start as soon as I see samples that match the quality level described above.
