Disability Housing Submission Set Creation - 2D CAD style format

I'm seeking an architect to assist in drafting a comprehensive submission set for a disability housing project.
please send me examples of how your layout your CAD style drawings, this is mainly what we will require.

Requirements:
- great 2D drawings
-well labelled (good placement and clarity)
- detail orientated - to package the complete drawing set with index page

All these items will be supported with strong precedent examples from my office such as the base floorplan for this exact project as attached. I have a sketch up model for you to use to create the 2D elevations.

You will update the drafting to compile the final design submission set,

plus add pages to include;
- compliance labelling on landscape/pathways / curbs and railing, materials and slopes etc
- specification detail and calculations data pages.

Ideal Skills:
- modern clean style *critical
- detail oriented presentation skills
- Experience with disability housing is a plus, OR, the tenacity to use AI to generate your checklist
- Ability to create detailed and comprehensive submission sets in English.
- Experience in landscape is a big plus
- Rhino a plus
