Need a set of construction plans for a post beam project to satisfy the following:
PROVIDE COMPLETE SET OF CONSTRUCTION PLANS TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO
FOUNDATION, WALLS, CEILING, ROOF ASSEMBLY, ELEC/PLUMBING AND HVAC. ALL INTERIOR WALLS
HAVE TO BE SHOWN, EACH ROOM LABLED PER USE, ALL FIXTURES LOCATED, CEILING JOIST NOTED AND
LABELED IN EACH ROOM.
Post frame construction
typical slab 3500 psi concrete with wire and fiber
front 1500 sq feet will be typical stick frame
