I need a fully-dimensioned site plan for a residential parcel that clearly shows my lot, every immediately adjacent lot, and the sidewalks that front the property. The drawing will support a new driveway curb cut application, so accuracy is critical.
Core details to capture:
• Full property boundaries for my parcel plus each touching lot
• All existing structures on my land (house, sheds, etc.)
• Sidewalk alignment and width along the frontage
• Proposed driveway curb cut with precise width, height, and slope dimensions
Please prepare the plan to municipal drafting standards in CAD (AutoCAD or similar) and supply both PDF for submission and the original CAD file so the city engineer can verify measurements. Scale, north arrow, and legend must be included. I’ll provide the latest survey and any city templates once we start.
