Commercial Electrical Drafting Plans
Budget: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 INR
I need detailed, code-compliant electrical drawings for a new commercial premises. You’ll be working from my architectural CAD base files and an outline electrical concept, translating them into fully coordinated plans for both the lighting layout and the low-voltage power distribution network.
Scope
• Produce lighting and power distribution plans, schedules, and single-line diagrams in DWG format.
• Annotate circuits, fixture types, cable sizes and breaker ratings clearly.
• Layer the file logically so the design can be edited easily by my engineers.
• Export a print-ready PDF set once the DWGs are approved.
Acceptance criteria
1. Drawings align exactly with the provided CAD floor plans and title blocks.
2. Symbols follow IEC/ANSI standards and the legend matches the schedules.
3. Load calculations balance phases and respect the local commercial code limits.
4. Final DWG and PDF sets pass an internal QA check with no clash or scaling issues.
I will supply:
• Base architectural CAD (.dwg) with grids, elevations and reflected ceilings.
• Fixture schedule reference sheets.
• Preliminary panel‐board schedules for power.
Preferred tools are AutoCAD or Revit; if you draft in Revit, please also deliver a clean export to DWG. Familiarity with Dialux or similar for lighting calcs is welcomed but not mandatory.
Let me know your estimated turnaround and any clarifications you need so we can get started immediately.
