Cold Room Skid Design - Australian based only

I’m putting together a process skid that will serve a general-purpose cold room and I need a qualified engineer to take it from concept to stamped drawings. This is part of a larger project. We only need engineering work done for the skid. Everything above (Cold panels, plant equipment, electrical etc.) is not in scope.

Scope
• We have a prototype built in China that the client is looking to produce engineering drawings for. I will be reverse engineering the current skid locally. Then we will be making any structural changes necessary, adding some features like tine pockets and corner casts, specifying materials and welds, and producing fabrication drawings.
• Provide a formal engineering sign-off / certification letter suitable for submission to local regulators and insurers.
