Civil Engineer for Drafting LDA Plans
Budget: $250 – $700 USD
I am seeking an experienced civil engineer to create as-built drawings and draft LDA plans for four lots. The job includes obtaining a compliance certification letter from a design engineer, specifically certifying compliance with BMP T5.13. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and familiarity with land development plans and regulatory compliance.
Part 1 - Due immediately (Initial LDA As-Builts & Supporting Docs)
Complete 4 lot short plat as-built & additional documentation including:
Draft as-builts per work that was done, clearly labelling in writing and with visual distinction all items that will be deferred to future LDA permits
Complete the Snohomish County As-built record drawing checklist
Prepare a drainage summary memo confirming storm system in ROW matches approved plans, no drainage changes were made
Review drainage calculations - if no changes were needed, note this in the drainage memo.
If changes were made, need to prepare revised drainage calculations to submit.
Part 2 - Due ASAP after part 1 (Individual Lot LDA Plans)
Prepare 4 individual LDA plans off the initial short plat LDA for all items that were deferred from the short plat LDA
Must include all sheets required by Snohomish county building permit submittal
