Bilingual NNN & NDA Drafting
Budget: $150 – $250 USD
I need two tightly-written contracts prepared under Pakistani law.
1) A Factory-level NNN Agreement (Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, Non-Circumvention) laid out in mirror columns—English on the left, Urdu on the right—so any local court can compare wording at a glance. Within the ND clauses I want particular stress on keeping our business information and product designs strictly confidential; client details are not the focus here. The document must track the Pakistan Contract Act 1872 and anticipate Pakistan-only jurisdiction and venue.
2) A separate, English-only Liaison NDA/Non-Circumvention contract that I can issue to trading agents or sourcing partners. It should echo the protective language of the factory agreement but omit the Urdu translation.
I am engaging on a flat-fee basis of US $250 for both completed documents. Please deliver clean, editable Word files plus PDFs ready for signature. Cite the statutes you rely on in footnotes or an annex; no boilerplate lifted from foreign templates.
Because enforceability is critical, I will only consider proposals from lawyers who hold an active Bar Council registration in Pakistan—include your enrollment number and province in your bid.
