Backyard Gazebo Site Plan

Job ID: 39900288

Budget: $30 – $60 AUD

I have council paperwork waiting on a clear site plan that shows where my new gazebo will sit in relation to the house and property boundaries. My current site map is a single-page PDF; the gazebo footprint and full dimensions (length, width, height) are already noted in a separate file.

Here’s what I need:

• Import my PDF site map, trace or scale it accurately, and draw the gazebo outline in the correct position.
• Add all key call-outs: gazebo length, width, overall height, and precise setback distances from each boundary, the dwelling, and any other obvious reference points.
• Apply an appropriate architectural scale (I’m not sure if 1:100 or 1:200 is best—please choose whichever keeps everything legible on A4).
• Keep the layout clean, with labels and a north arrow, so the council can read it at a glance.
• Deliver the finished plan as a print-ready PDF; a DWG or PNG export would be a bonus but not mandatory.

This is a straightforward, single-drawing task aimed at fast council submission, so accuracy and clarity matter more than styling. Let me know the software you intend to use (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and your estimated turnaround.

Deliverables:

Updated site/house plan showing gazebo location

All key measurements and labels

Final file in PDF (and optional DWG format)
