AutoCAD LAN Cabling Schematic

I’m putting together a clear LAN schematic and need an AutoCAD drawing that focuses on the cabling layout only. No switch, router, server, or workstation details are required—just an accurate, well-labeled representation of how the cables run between floor ports, patch panels, and the main rack.

You’ll receive a simple floor plan in DWG plus a spreadsheet showing port numbers and rack positions. From that, please:

• Draft the cabling routes, keeping them readable at both A3 and zoomed-in scales.
• Use standard AutoCAD layers for data cabling and annotation so later edits are easy.
• Include a legend and title block with project name, date, and your initials.

I’ll review the first draft for path accuracy, then a final pass for polishing line weights, labels, and layering. Deliver the finished DWG along with a PDF plot.
