AutoCAD Fabrication Drafting Support

I’m looking for an experienced mechanical draftsman who can jump straight into my ongoing fabrication and mechanical workload and turn around accurate assembly drawings in AutoCAD on short notice. Daily collaboration will run on Sydney (AEST) hours, so you’ll need to be online for quick questions and revisions during my hours.

Clear English communication, punctuality, and a problem-solving mindset are essential—I rely on fast feedback loops to keep production moving. Most of what you’ll prepare are assembly drawings and detail drawings for manufacture, so I expect accurate, skilled and experience drawings, ready for the workshop floor.

To be considered, show me samples of your past fabrication and mechanical drafting—only genuine shop-ready work, please. No architecture, renders, SketchUp models, or structural steel portfolios.

Task duties include,
- English Speaking
- have fabrication and mechanical knowledge (not only steelworks or architectural knowledge)
- be punctual and reliable
- on time login and delivers
- Problems solve and communicate errors or problems with design
- and to think not just copy.
- have a great skill of drawings practices and autocad

my work will be ongoing, quick turn around times, and small projects with small budgets or daily rates.
