AutoCAD 2022 Drawing Setup

I need a straightforward, reliable drawing environment built directly in AutoCAD 2022. The task is split into two clear parts:

1. Configure the core drawing settings that I will reuse on every project—units, layers, linetypes, text and dimension styles, and a clean title block with my company data left ready for me to edit.
2. Apply that setup to a sample DWG so I can see the standards in action and confirm everything plots correctly.

Please deliver a finished DWT template, the demonstration drawing, and a short note that explains where to tweak key elements (layer names, title-block attributes, plot style, etc.). Accuracy, logical layer naming, and tidy annotation are the acceptance criteria.

Because I am locked into AutoCAD 2022, make sure all files open without warnings in that version.
