AutoCAD Architecture Drawings & Models

I’m handling several architectural projects right now and need an experienced AutoCAD specialist who can jump in quickly. Some files are half-complete and need careful revisions, while others will be built from a blank sheet, so you must be comfortable working both ways.

The workload spans every stage of architectural drafting:

• Creating detailed construction drawings that are ready for permitting
• Building accurate 3D models for client visualization and clash checking
• Laying out clear, well-annotated site plans aligned with local codes

I supply sketches, mark-ups, or previous DWGs; you turn them into clean, organized AutoCAD files with layers, dimensions, and title blocks set up properly. If you also like using Revit, SketchUp, or Lumion for quick render exports, that’s a plus, but high-quality .dwg deliverables are the core requirement.
