Architectural Project Assistant Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking for a reliable architectural assistant who can jump in on a project-by-project basis and keep things moving smoothly from detailed drawings through final close-out.
Here’s what I’ll count on you for:
• Drafting and design support in AutoCAD—clean, well-layered files that follow my office standards.
• Day-to-day project management tasks such as updating schedules, tracking RFIs, and coordinating with consultants so milestones are never missed.
• Professional client communication: preparing brief emails, setting up online meetings, and recording clear minutes that capture all action items.
• Quote analysis—reviewing supplier and contractor quotations, comparing scope, highlighting discrepancies, and flagging cost-saving opportunities.
You’ll be involved mainly during the Construction Documentation phase and remain available for Post-Construction evaluation to compile as-built drawings, snag lists, and performance reviews.
I’ll share an initial orientation package, drawing templates, and reference guidelines. From there, we’ll collaborate through shared cloud folders and quick video check-ins. If you have a solid command of AutoCAD, keep immaculate records, and communicate proactively, let’s talk and get the first task underway.
