Architect for DA drawings of Residential Development
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
Yaran Property Group is a property development and investment company located in Perth, Western Australia (www.yaran.com.au ). The company has an extensive program of developments planned for this year focused on affordable housing, and housing for those with a disability.
Yaran requires a contract architect for its developments using standard floor plans already developed by Yaran. The architect would be responsible for developing full Development Application (DA) set of drawings including:
• Site plan
• Elevations
• Shadow diagram
• Solar access diagrams
• Landscape plans
• 3D Illustrations
The successful applicant(s) are likely to have the following attributes:
• Degree in architecture
• Extensive experience in 3D architectural modelling software such as ArchiCAD or Autodesk Revit
• Ability to produce very impressive 3D external and internal illustrations
• Australian DA experience would be highly regarded.
