Archicad Drafting for Sydney Homes

I’m a Sydney-based building designer juggling several single-dwelling projects and I’d like to hand the drafting side to someone who knows their way around Archicad—or is willing to learn fast while we work together online.

The immediate need is full drawing packs for traditional ground-plus-upper-storey houses. You’ll start from my schematic sketches or basic models and turn them into:

• Accurate floor plans that reflect Australian construction methods
• A clean, navigable 3D model in Archicad (.pln)
• Complete construction sheets with interior, exterior and custom-fixture detailing

I’m after architectural detailing only; the structural or MEP layers come from other consultants, so your focus stays on finishes, junctions, trims and anything council or certifiers expect to see. Interior, exterior and bespoke elements are all in scope.

You’ll work from home, at hours that suit you—ideal if you’re balancing family commitments. Fast, stable internet and a machine that already runs Archicad comfortably will keep things smooth; otherwise the workflow drags. I’ll share my office template, layering standards and title blocks, plus live screen-share training whenever something is unfamiliar.
