DotNetNuke Website Upgrade

I have a website that needs to be upgraded from Version:7.4.2 to 9.xx (latest version) The hosting service will install the latest version of DNN on a test server. I need someone to troubleshoot issues that arise due to the upgrade.
Must be U.S. based.
