A workflow to get acknowledgement for assets

When laptops or any other assets are issued to employees we want to take acknowledgement for the issued assets. System developed should be able to read from the asset management system. Also when required we should be able to initiate asset validation for employees. Employee should be able to confirm their assets and incase if any discrepancy they should be able to raise it. A reporting for both requirements is needed
