c# windows application code cash drawer not working -- 2

I have connected cash drawer with thermal printer and tried to open the drawer and still it not working,
I need someone experienced in this for reviewing my code
I need developer who can make it successful. The Code already done need verify and modify,
Project can be finished after review.
