vpn or proxy ( google extension )

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a VPN or proxy Google extension that will allow me to access geo-restricted content. The extension should be designed to work on more than 5 extension or more than 1 browser. Specific features required include a custom server selection, and auto-connect on browser launch. Previous experience in developing similar extensions would be ideal.
