1. Functionality
Loan collection mobile will provide the option to collection loan amount through loan application. Using this app branch staff can collect the loan amount in allocated location without any system support using secured bank mobile tab.
In this approach we will have two applications are as below.
• Loan collection app (Android Mobile App)
• Cash remittance option(Web application)
2.1. Loan Collection App
• Loan Collection app will provide Door Step Loan amount / Installment Collection option for SixthStar Finance Loans.
• This app enables the branch staff to collect the loan amount in a specific collection center
• This app will connect to RMFL server and provide the required data online during collection.
• Using this app collection branch staff can search the members using various options such as Group Number , Group Name ,Loan Number , Borrower Name etc.,
• Any time staff can view their collected amount and remitted to the branch
2.2. Cash Remittance Application
• This is a web application
• Cashier / user can view the pending payments which are collected by the branch staff and to be paid in the branch.
• This application will provide the option to receive the cash from the branch staff who is engaged in field collection.
• On submit cash payment will be posted in CBS database
