openai/whisper onnxruntime in a .NET Console App -- 2

I'm looking for a .NET + AI.ML developer who can create a console application that performs real-time audio to text translation using openai/whisper pre-trained ONNX model. This application will process microphone input and write the transcribed text to a file.
