Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Developer to join our development team at Third ORB services. As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using the Microsoft .NET framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable software solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design, code, test, and debug software applications using the .NET framework and related technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain software documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement software enhancements and improvements.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the software development industry, recommending and incorporating relevant tools and practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Support and maintain existing applications, addressing user issues and providing timely resolutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered).
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or in a similar software development role, with expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and the .NET framework.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
• Experience with front-end web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL, including query optimization and database design concepts.
• Knowledge of web services and APIs (REST, SOAP) and experience integrating with third-party systems.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
