vb.net autocad block insert -- 2

Hello, I am developing a small project for autocad 14 with vb.net 2019. I developed a block placement subroutine. It is successfully included in the drawing, but when I look at its properties with the list command in autocad, I cannot access the name of the added block. Therefore, I cannot operate on routines that will run later.
