i need application for binance exchange (vb or c#)

I need Some One who is skillful to make an application for trading through binance api
the Requirement in Application As follow:
1. First i need to Store all my Wallet APi in SQL Table BCZ i have about 6 account's in binance, so the order will be applied for all stored address.
2. The same Parameter in Binance mobile Application I need it to be the Desktop Application like (MARKET, STOP LIMIT, LIMIT, TRIALING STOP, Percent of capital to invested, open and close short or long).
3. View The Balance of Each Wallets i Have.
4. CROSS/Isolated ( Margin Ratio X)
5. Show The Progress Of current Deal.
Th project should be made by vb.net windows form with using sql server and source code as well of the project.
