implement zelle api in .net -- 2

I need .net code that does the following:
1. generate a zelle quickpay link to send to my client, which is somehow connected to a specific invoice id.
2. After the customer pays via that link, I need to be able to download the payments with the invoiceid that the payments are related to.
Requirements:
- Experience in .NET development
- Knowledge of Zelle API and payment processing
- Familiarity with user authentication processes
Timeline: The implementation should be completed within a month.
