full stack developer mvc core

i am looking for an experienced developer to join our team.
it would be great if you have at least 6 years experience with the following:
Html, CSS, angular-js, angular, js, sql server, mvc core and c#
the work is for full time, 8 hours a day, full month. you can work from home and we are easy on the hours, but needs to be during the day time.
you should have good English speaking and writing level.
budget:
in the first months you will need to learn how we work and what we do. therefore we can start with 400$ per month.
when we see that you are working in our speed and integrated properly we will raise the amount.
it is up to you and your learning speed.
the work is for very long time, we are a very nice team to work with and we have very nice projects.
