create wfp application for my existing epos system

I am looking for a freelancer to create a WFP (Windows Filtering Platform) application for my existing EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) system. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing applications for Windows operating systems.
Functionalities required for the WFP application include:
The Epos system is connected to SQL Server 2018 .
I need all sorts of reports from the new application.
also, I should be able to select, edit .update, delete any data within the system
