convert a vb6 to .net saas application

I am looking for an experienced veteran in the software development space to convert our existing VB6 application to a modern .NET SaaS solution. This project requires an expert with the technical know-how to swiftly and efficiently get the job done in 4-6 months. We do have specific features and functionalities that we want to implement during the conversion process, as well as ensuring that the product meets our highest quality standard upon completion. The preferred method of communication during the project is via email, as this is the most convenient for us.
