XML file capture from folder and Upload into Local mySQL database VB.net Application/EXE

Have a folder on Windows PC that outputs an XML file into a specific folder
• The file contains customer details and it is temporary file.
• It last 10-15 secs and then gets deleted.
• Need to build a Vb.net APPLICATION / Windows EXE application that can scan the folder every 5 secs and if there is an XML file it will parse the XML file and insert the data into a local mySQL database
• The windows exe must be able to run minimised in the system tray (bottom right hand corner) and consume very little memory
• Will also need to confirm names/headings/ labels in APP before finals completion. Also need to all in a logo at the end as well.
• Need all the Vb.net APPLICATION Project files – need all the raw files afterwards as well.
As your project manager, my primary task is to seamlessly capture customer data from the provided XML file and upload it into the already structured MySQL database.
The project will include:
- Capturing data from the XML files
- Proper insertion of data into appropriate fields on the MySQL database
- Error checking for data integrity and accuracy
