Word/Excel VSTO Add-in Deployment/Licensing

I am looking for a freelancer to help me deploy and license a Word/Excel VSTO add-in. This add-in must be desktop-based and will be used in both Word and Excel applications. The type of authorization required for the add-in to run has yet to be determined. This project requires expertise in .NET development, VSTO, Office automation, licensing, and deployment.
