I’m looking for an experienced IT professional who can jump in quickly and resolve a Windows-based software-installation problem for me. The application fails to complete its setup on a Windows 10 workstation and I need clear, actionable help to get it running without errors.
Here is what I expect:
• A live session (Zoom, Teams, or similar) or secure remote-desktop connection so you can diagnose the root cause.
• Step-by-step fixes applied during the session, covering prerequisites, permissions, registry edits or command-line work if necessary.
• A brief recap at the end—what you changed and how to repeat the process should I reinstall in the future.
