Windows On-Screen Writing Tool exe software
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a lightweight Windows-only .exe that lets me draw directly on the screen while any application is running. The main interface can be a slim sidebar with the classic whiteboard controls—pen (with adjustable size and colour), highlighter, eraser, hand/pan tool, plus undo and redo.
Two extra features round it out:
• An Import button so I can pull external files straight onto the canvas. I’m open to whichever formats are easiest to implement first; images and PDFs would cover most of my use cases, and we can expand later if it’s straightforward.
• A built-in “Open Browser” command. I just need a full browser window to appear inside the app; I haven’t fixed on Chrome, Edge, or Firefox, so use whichever engine integrates cleanly and keeps the installer simple.
The executable should run without extra dependencies, store settings locally, and keep CPU/GPU usage low so it doesn’t slow down screen-sharing sessions. Once the drawing layer is toggled off, the screen should return to its original state with no artefacts.
Deliverables:
1. Compiled .exe with installer/uninstaller
2. Source code (any mainstream language/framework is fine)
3. Short read-me covering build steps and third-party libraries, if any
If everything works smoothly I’ll likely add follow-up milestones for additional tools and file types.
