Windows Desktop .NET MySQL Integration

You shoud have active directory install to your PC because this application is need to connect to AD
You have to work on your PC and with your AD
1. i need my application to have DB with MYSQL
this will contain list of email of the manager mention on (UpdateProfile.cs) line 395
as well the output of the program currently the program is generating csv file when you run i need this csv file to be inside DB
2. I need MSI file installer to be contain the .net 8.0 (dependency) not included mySQL, MySQL will be in the server
the program should automatic run every 3 months base on user last update that generate on the program output. if the user is not yet added to output the program should run after 3 months automatically
