I need a C# developer who can modify the activation logic of my Windows application. The changes include manually entering an activation key to submit and activate the shield.
Key Requirements:
- Modify activation logic: The application should maintain its activation status even after a system reboot. Post-restart, the app should display the same data as before with the shield still activated.
- Data Persistence: The date should not be lost after rebooting the machine.
