WinForms C# Organizational Chart Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
This project involves the development of a Windows Forms (WinForms) application using C# to manage and visualize an organization's structure. The system will provide functionality for building an interactive organizational chart, managing users with defined roles and permissions, and generating reports roles.
-Create Organizational Chart using WinForms C# Desktop Application.
-Data Source is Excel File.
-Ability to view full picture of the Organization’s current Directorates and its employees.
-Ability to know the number of available vacancies in each directorate.
-Ability to view employee's profile.
-System shall support Localization (English & Arabic)
-Forms shall be intuitive.
Below are the features:
- Login: System User shall be able to login using a username and password that is granted by Admin upon adding a user.
-Organizational Chart Mapping: The System shall map the organizational chart by reading the excel sheet. Details of the employee shall show including the employee picture that shall be made editable using the System Admin Role. In addition, current and available vacancies shall be entered in the system per General directorate, Directorate, Division, Branch and department). (Maximum number to be set by the Admin)
-User Management: There should be a user management panel allowing to Add , Edit , Delete and View user details. Roles shall be assigned with the system by the system admin.
-Department Management: Ability to remove/add new directorate or employees. (by Admin)
-System language: English and Arabic shall be available. The system shall read from two sheets within the excel file (Data will be entered in Arabic but Labels in English).
-System Logs: All System Events shall be logged in the system. Available only to the system admin.
-Reports: Ability to export the organizational chart using PDF Format using multiple selection. Ex: Whole Organizational Chart, Per Department Export.
-System shall be developed using international standard w/ commented code and secure.
-Source Code shall be shared via email/repository.
by 1st December 2024. The organizational chart shall have clickable nodes that show detailed information about each employee, then shall show department details. The UI design should follow a modern/flat design approach. Employee Name and Job Title User roles and permissions will be customizable on a basic level with predefined templates. The organizational chart nodes will have basic customization features such as colors and shapes. The system should allow role-based access levels to control what features and data each user can access. Employee profiles will include detailed information as per the PowerPoint. There shall be functionality to export the details in the system to OracleDB SQL Format. Ensuring creating the tables and attributes and inserting the relevant data in the system.
Include the following features for report generation: Same Template in Org Chart. The system will use username and password for user authentication.
