WPF C# axaml Project -- 2

I am in need of a WPF C# axaml project. This project will have a web application User Interface (GUI). Database access is not required, and no external API's need to be integrated. This project requires knowledge and experience with the WPF C# axaml platform as well as web application development. The individual/team chosen for this project must demonstrate their ability to deliver a well-functioning, high quality product in a timely manner.
