Visual Studio Online (Team Foundation Services) speciallist

I upgrade my Visual Studio from verstion 2019 to version 2022. When I try to connect to a project in TFS an error occur: You do not hef permission to access the project.
I went to service portal in TFS and I am part of the team who are allowed to connect to project.

I need someone to help me to correct this.
